Heyyyaa everyone, how you all doing? Enjoying the sale season? Well, I am for sure enjoying it, did lotsa shopping :D , that I will be showing in another post :). With sale season around and colleges have already begun, we all want to buy new trendy Clothes/Shoes/Accessories/Bags and what not? I just feel like buying everything off the shelf, but I know that this is not going to happen. But I make a note to buy essential things to buy during the sale season. So today I am going to tell you the MUST-HAVES in a girls wardrobe.

I am going to divide this post in two parts - (1) Clothes & (2) Accessories and Bags
Starting with part one i.e. CLOTHES.

(1) DARK BLUE JEANS : You must have read this ‘n’ number of times in many articles but no matter what is season or occasion  be it spring/summer/rainy, a basic dark blue jeans is a must have. You can buy jeans according to your body type - skinny/straight fit/boot cut/high waist/low waist. And why I said “DARK” blue cos it camouflage your problem ;-) areas, if any and being a dark blue colour it goes with everything.

(2) LITTLE DRESS - ANY SOLID COLOUR : Another must have, I would say is Little Dress(LD) in any solid color, Why in any colour? As LBD is something which every girl must be owning, so why you want to join the bandwagon, be a little different ;D and choose ‘solid colour’ because you can accessorise the way you want with shoes and statement jewelry  You can see dresses in pretty colours out there in malls like electric blue, fuchsia, yellow, coral and that too on sale. Go grab them.

(3) CROPPED DENIM JACKET : Denim jacket will never go out of fashion. It will be re-invented every year. Current trend being neon, spikes, studs. Find something that has one of these, recently I saw an acid washed denim jacket at Forever21 with stud detailing at the collar, a pic is attached below and it was on sale.

(4) MAXI DRESS : Maxi dress is so flattering for any body shape whether you are petite or on the heavier side, a maxi dress will hide all your flaws. Apart from that its flowy and breathable, a type of dress which you can wear up and down depending on the occasion. Beautiful Aztec print/chevron print/flower print/stripes maxi dress are available on asos and other online sites, choose one for your body type and rock the world.

THE BEGINNING :)

Hi everyone, here is my first post(nervous, well, a little, YES). A little about the me first, I am Stylophile (doesn't this say much about ME? :-D) from Mumbai, one of the "Fashionable City Hubs of India" ;-).

Now about the blog, going by the dictionary definition of Stylophile ”n.A person who likes to dress up and seems to have a different outfit for every occsion. v. To dress up in fancy clothes whenever you go out because you don’t know who you’re going to meet, and you dont want to be dressed down” (via here). That is soooo me :-). And  as the blog name goes "STYLO-file" means a STYLE-File, a style diary. Here I will be posting anything and everything that catches my attention relating to Fashion /Style /Accessories /Makeup, Do's and Don'ts of fashion. So it will be a website in which I am going to file(blog) Style related post and hence the name "STYLO-File".

P.S. And I will also be starting an online shop(fingers crossed) in a few days, so stay tuned.
